Distance educational training "Flexible development of a network projec"

The aim of the training «Flexible development of a network projec» is to develop skills in developing an algorithm for creating networking project (NP) using Agile-methodology tools, and to prepare training participants to create their own projects within the framework of the international distance educational marathon "Kupalovskiye projects".

Training objectives:

• to introduce to  participants the capabilities of tools in the Agile-methodology and ways to use them in educational activities
  
• to introduce to participants Web 2.0 services to visualize the network structure of the project and design cycles stages NP
• to organize work on creation of the general plan for the development of future joint venture and building design cycles stages NP
• practical development of tools for “flexible” NP development
  
• to assist in practical development  of NP with the help of agile tools .

The results of the training:

By the end of the training, participants will know:

• what is Agile and how does the methodology apply in education
• basic tools for implementing Аgile principles in the project development process
• content of project stages and effective methods for developing materials
• options for using information visualization services for successful design and effective interaction in teams

By the end of the training, participants will have the opportunity to:

• create a detailed map of all stages of the future NP
• choose personal tools for effective work with future NP participants
