Objective – to develop participants’ foundational competencies in emotional self-regulation in stressful and conflict situations.

Goals:

  • To form a comprehensive understanding of the stress phenomenon, its sources, factors, types, and effects on the human body and psyche
  • To form a comprehensive understanding of the conflict phenomenon, its components, stages of development, as well as algorithms and methods for resolution
  • To study effective tools for managing emotions in stressful and conflict situations and reducing emotional tension among conflict participants
  • To master practical methods for increasing stress resilience and improving overall psycho-emotional state during conflict interactions


Service period: from April 2025

Number of hours: 16 hours of direct instruction, 20 hours of methodological work

Minimum group size: 5 participants

Target audience (age): adults

Cost: 200 BYN per participant
