Workshop-Seminar "Effective Models of Conflict Management"

Objective: to develop in students a basic system of competencies in the field of effective conflict management.

Tasks:

• Form a holistic understanding of the phenomenon of conflict, its components, stages of development, as well as algorithms and methods of resolution
• Master practical methods for improving the overall psycho-emotional state in situations of conflict interaction
• Develop practical skills for constructive resolution of professional conflict situations

Service provision period: from June 2025

Number of hours: 6 hours (4 hours – direct services, 2 hours – methodological work)

Minimum number of people in a group: 10
