Fine Arts Studio (University Entrance Preparation)

Program Objective: To prepare prospective students for the university entrance examination in the subject “Creativity.”

Program Focus: Mastering the skills required for drawing still life compositions from observation  consisting of 3 to 4 objects, one of which is geometric, arranged against a draped backdrop.

Upon completion, participants will:

Know:

• Fundamentals of perspective drawing and techniques of composition construction
• Concepts of structure, form, and volume; principles of linear and atmospheric perspective; and the expressive tools of drawing
• Main stages of working on a still life study

Be proficient in:

• Accurately perceiving three-dimensional form and logically rendering it on a two-dimensional surface
• Conveying correct proportions, spatial depth, and materiality
• Achieving cohesive visual composition and balanced page layout

Materials used: Graphite pencil, white A2-size paper (597×420 mm)

Duration: 12 weeks

Total Hours: 105 hours (63 practical + 42 methodological)

Minimum Group Size: 5 participants

Target Audience: Children and adolescents
