Preparatory Department for citizens of the Republic of Belarus

The preparatory department is an educational program aimed at studying the subjects necessary for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the chosen educational profile (3 subjects).  

Terms of service: from October to May.

Cost: 8 months – 1980 Belarusian rubles.

Form of education: full-time (full-time) paid/budgetary.

Required documents:

• application for admission to study in the prescribed form;
• originals of the educational document and its appendices;
• originals of certificates of centralized testing and (or) centralized examination held in the Republic of Belarus in 2025 or 2024;
• certificate of the results of the entrance examinations (for persons who passed the entrance examinations in educational institutions and did not pass the competition in 2025);
• a medical certificate of health status in the form prescribed by the Ministry of Health, issued by the state healthcare institution at their place of residence (place of stay) or place of work (service);
• documents confirming the student's right to benefits;
• 4 3x4 cm photos;
• an identity document.

In accordance with Decree No. 48 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated February 10, 2020, citizens who have completed military service, service in the reserve, and who have recommendations from military units and border guard agencies for training in educational institutions, in the year of their discharge or in the year following the year of their discharge from military service, service in the reserve, if there is an average score in the educational document of at least 6 points, they have the right to master the content of the educational program for preparing people for admission to universities of the Republic of Belarus at the faculties of pre-university training., preparatory courses in state higher education institutions at the expense of the republican and (or) local budgets. In addition, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, have the right to study the content of the educational program for the preparation of persons for admission to higher education (Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 12.21.2005 No. 73-Z) free of charge.

The admission control figures at the expense of the republican budget for the 2025/2026 academic year are 5 places.

The services are provided by highly qualified teachers of the center for pre-university education who have extensive experience in the system of pre-university education.
