Voluntary insurance of land vehicles of legal entities

Insurance of land vehicles of legal entities will make it possible to compensate the costs of restoring the vehicle after the accident or buying a new car after the theft.

Motor vehicles that are technically in good repair will be insured:

• passenger cars;
• lorries;
• trailers (semitrailers);
• buses, minibuses;
• trams, trolleybuses;
• tractors of all modifications, motor blocks, mini-tractors and any other self-propelled machines.

Insurance risks:

• traffic accidents;
• natural disasters;
• fire and spontaneous combustion;
• illegal actions of third parties (including theft, etc.).

The procedure of handling upon occurrence of an event which under the terms and conditions of the insurance rules on the basis of which the insurance contract has been concluded may be recognized as an insured event

Upon occurrence of an event that can be recognised as an insured event under the terms and conditions of the insurance contract, the Policyholder shall:

1. immediately notify the Insurer of its occurrence;
2. take measures that are reasonable and available in the circumstances to reduce possible losses and follow the Insurer's instructions if they have been notified;
   
3. to report the event to the relevant competent authorities (police, traffic police and others - depending on the nature of the event), except in cases: - when the amount of damage does not exceed 400 Euros in equivalent (when issuing a notification about the traffic accident); - damage to the vehicle as a result of collision with fixed objects (structures, obstacles, trees, etc.), tipping over, falling of the vehicle or any object on it. The damage shall be compensated in the amount not exceeding EUR 3,000 in equivalent.
4. to keep the vehicle as it appears as a result of the event until it is examined by the insurer or its representative;
5. to provide the Insurer (its representative) with the possibility of unobstructed inspection of the damaged (dead) transport means, finding out the reasons, amount of damage;
6. provide the Insurer with the documents necessary to establish the fact of occurrence of the insured event and the amount of loss.
