Educational course "Olympiad informatics for schoolchildren"

The purpose of the course is the formation in schoolchildren of grades 6-10 skills for quickly solving tasks in computer science and programming in a non-standard setting, typical of olympiads.

For students, subject Olympiads are one of the most effective forms of identifying abilities and levels of talent in the subject area, they contribute to the development of mental and creative abilities, and stimulate self-monitoring of learning outcomes. In addition, they are a means of career guidance, helping with the choice of specialty when entering universities and subsequent specialization. On the other hand, for teachers of the Olympiad - this is one of the means of monitoring the quality of training and confirming their own qualifications, often the Olympiads become a competition not only for the students themselves, but also for their teachers.

The course is full-time, lasts 25 weeks. A full-time course contains theoretical materials, analysis of numerous examples, reference materials, numerous tests and assignments. The online course contains weekly contests. Online consultations are provided for students. Practical classes - 100 hours (conducted in-person), laboratory classes - 24 hours (conducted in remote form).

The online course contains weekly contests. Online consultations are provided for students. Practical classes - 72 class hours in a distance form, laboratory classes - 18 academic hours (conducted in remote form).

The course is full-time, lasts 12 weeks. A full-time course contains theoretical materials, analysis of numerous examples, reference materials, numerous tests and assignments. The online course contains monthly contests. Online consultations are provided for students. Practical classes - 48 class hours in a distance form, laboratory classes - 16 academic hours in a distance form.

Cost: 880 BYN. (1 shortened program - 660 BYN; 2 shortened program - 500 BYN)

                840 BYN - for persons who studied in the 2023/2024 academic year at the courses of the School of Exact Sciences training center

                780 BYN - for persons who are holders of a diploma of the I, II or III degree of the third (regional) stage of the Republican Olympiad in Mathematics in the previous academic year

                710 BYN - for persons who are holders of a diploma of the I, II or III degree of the final stage of the Republican Olympiad in Mathematics in the previous academic year

At the end of the courses, a certificate of the established model is issued.
