Seminar-Training "Developing Psychological Competence in Team Management"

Objective – to develop participants’ competencies in emotional intelligence development and conflict management within a team.

Goals:

• To form modern understanding of emotional intelligence and contemporary methods for developing the ability to understand and manage one’s own and others’ emotions
• To master techniques for increasing one’s own emotional intelligence to enhance personal effectiveness in interpersonal and professional communication
• To develop knowledge of the mechanisms and patterns of conflict management in a team; team cohesion and building corporate culture
• To develop practical skills for constructive resolution of professional conflict situations, as well as techniques for preventing conflicts within a team

Service period: from March 2025

Number of hours: 16 hours of direct instruction, 20 hours of methodological work

Minimum group size: 5 participants

Target audience (age): adults

Cost: 300 BYN per participant
