Training Seminar "Modern Technologies for the Development of Managerial Competencies: Time Management"

 

The purpose of the training seminar: skill formation and the development of personal time management strategies.

Category of participants: a wide range of consumers. The number of participants is limited to no more than 14.

Duration: 4 lessons, 2 hours 40 minutes each (total duration 16 teaching hours).

At the training seminar, we will work on and address the following:

1. Diagnosing time perception. The main types of internal concepts of time. Personal time concept.

2. "The thieves of time". Internal and external interference. The determination of the personal causes of internal interference.

3. Goal-setting. Goal-setting tools: the specification of results; SMART technology.

4. Analysing problems and available resources: SWOT analysis. Defining and prioritizing (the Eisenhower Method).

5. Delegating tasks, powers and responsibilities. The basic principles of delegation. Delegating errors and problems.

6. Time planning. Planning rules and principles. Time planning proportions.

7. Developing personal time management strategies: “growing a tree”, the hierarchy of values and the tree of goals, tools for achieving success.
