Training seminar "Transactional Analysis in Coaching, Training, Consulting" (Module 1)

Purpose: to form a competence system for students when using transactional analysis in coaching, training, and consulting.

Tasks:

• To systematize views about the theory and methodology of transactional analysis
• To explore one’s own relationships and behavior in the context of the core competencies of transactional analysis
• To build positive interventions with one’s environment and clients
• To use basic transactional analysis techniques to solve clients' psychological problems
• To get a systematic view of the applied possibilities of using transactional analysis in different areas of psychological practice

Number of hours: 16 hours – services, 8 hours – methodical work

Minimum number of people in a group: 5

Contingent (age): youth, adults

Cost: 200 BYN per 1 participant
