In accordance with this, the purpose of the educational program "Fundamentals of Philosophy: History and Modernity" is to form students' critical reflection skills, the ability to generalize thinking based on the study of philosophical ideas in a historical context, as well as in modern conditions. A distinctive feature of the course "Fundamentals of Philosophy: History and Modernity" is its accentuated focus on the problems and substantive features of modern socio-philosophical and philosophical and methodological thought, on the study of the most significant and relevant ideas and concepts developed by post-non-classical science, philosophy, ethics of science.


Objectives of the educational program:

  • To give an idea of the subject, goals, objectives, methods of the educational program "Fundamentals of Philosophy: history and modernity"
  • To show the history of the emergence and development of the conceptual and ideological apparatus of philosophy, as well as the methodology of science in modern socio-humanitarian knowledge, to identify the specifics of the problems developed by this branch of knowledge, to form stable skills of reflexive culture of thinking and ideas about the possibilities of modern socio-philosophical knowledge, as well as scientific cognition and methodological consciousness among undergraduates
  • To form an idea of the principles, methods and rules of modern scientific research
