Seminar " Usage of methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics for rational planning and forecasting in economic and production systems"

The seminar is intended for students of secondary educational institutions, full-time and extra-mural students, undergraduates, postgraduates, employees of planning and economic services of organizations.

It includes working out the following issues:

• mathematical modeling methods for formalizing and solving economic and production problems of rational planning and management;
• construction and application of econometric models for analysis and forecasting of systems of economic indicators;
• methods of developing and justifying rational economic decisions and economic analysis of the results obtained;
• computer modeling technology using MS Excel for formalization and solution of economic and production problems of rational planning and management.

The form of: solution of practice-oriented situational tasks with the use of mathematical and computer modeling.
