It often happens in life that we value the desires of others more often than our own, we listen to the opinions of others in spite of our own. At some point, we completely lose ourselves and forget who we are, what we are, what we want, when we want and how we can get it.
We invite everyone who is ready to go on a journey in search of their true self.

Duration: 10 meetings, once a week from 18:00 to 21:00.

Leading the training:
Korchakovskaya Oksana Yurievna, Gestalt therapist, systemic family psychologist.
Meeting topics:
1. Acquaintance. Setting rules for interaction in the group. What is demonstrated by us and what is hidden? How to deal with natural fears when getting close to people.
2. Personal boundaries: physical and psychological. The designation of the boundaries and territory of my personality among people. The role of aggression in protecting one’s borders.
3. My valuable qualities. Why is it difficult to be proud of myself and my achievements? Whom and what does my self-confidence depend on?
4. How I evaluate people, and how they evaluate me. How do I make myself small and weak? How to overcome inner criticism?
5. Experiencing success and failure in life. I am perfect. I am real.
6 - 7. Internal resources and self-support. Support in life. Trust in yourself and others.
8-9. My expectations and the expectations of others. Experiencing shame, disappointment. Do we have the right to make mistakes? Family expectations. Acceptance and rejection. Some more words about aggression.
10. The End. A suitcase without a handle, or what to do with these goods now? What has changed and what remains the same. The sadness and joy of parting.
