Educational courses "Trainings for trainers: "To study and (or) to heal ""

The purpose of the programme: to form a system of coaching competencies in the field of designing, writing and conducting training programs of various types.

Objectives of the programme:

• systematization of theoretical ideas about training;
• enrichment of methodological coaching tools;
• training participants gaining experience in self-development, assistance and management of training modules, work sessions and co-coaching;
• developing the skills of organizing and receiving professional feedback (supervision) by the participants;
• development of coaching competencies in the field of supporting the training activities of the company: identifying training needs, assessing the potential of participants, drawing up a training report, recommendations for implementation training materials into business practice.

The course is designed for 56 hours.

Minimum number of people in a group: 6 people.

Cost: 234,00 BYN.

A certificate is issued at the end of the course.
